The event hosted a prominent group of experts and human rights defenders, including Dr. Nahed Samour, Catriona Murdoch, and U\u011fur \u00dcmit \u00dcng\u00f6r, and was moderated by Arwa Damon.       <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The discussion at the event focused on urgent human rights issues in Gaza and Syria, where new evidence was presented regarding the starvation policy pursued by the Syrian regime that affected Palestinians in Yarmouk Camp.
